BYLAWS AND SOCEITY REGULATIONS:

1. Past presidents, who are active members, shall have the privilege of being seated in the ASCLS-PA House of Delegates as non-voting members and shall be certified by the Credentials Committee.

2. May be appointed by the President to serve an unexpired term of Immediate Past President on the Board of Directors, in the event of a vacancy in the position.

3. In the event of the simultaneous removal during their terms of office of both the President and the President-elect, the Immediate Past President shall become President for the remainder of the President’s term of office.
